Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn clothing back into its original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags are securely attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
